CHARACTER
Name: La Pluma / Rafaela
True Name: Rafaela Silva
Canon: Arknights (Post-Dossoles Holiday)

History: Here. Archives 2, 3, 4 are her backstory.
Powers/Abilities: La Pluma is a Liberi, which are Arknights' "bird people". Specifically, she is a crow. However, this doesn't really give her any special abilities beyond just having some feathers in her hair and some places along her skin. She can't fly or anything like that.
Here are the results of her Physical Examination. Standard, in Arknights, would equate to above average for humans. But overall, she is not all that exceptional in anything beyond her agility.
La Pluma also owns a tactical scythe that is able to leach the blood it cuts through to feed to La Pluma. Any blood consumed through the scythe will heal non-lethal wounds (the more blood, the more healing it will do). This is less an ability of La Pluma, and more that of her scythe, thus other people would be able to use it.
Inventory: No explosives this time, but rather, I want her new beach skin this time around along with her standard 'fit, her tactical scythe, and a bag filled with snacks and some bartending necessities. Birdseed included. Caw caw.
Job History: Include the character's last two to five work experiences, including responsibilities and applicable skills.
Bartender
Obviously, mixing drinks and taking orders and being kind to customers is up there, but to La Pluma, the most important part of bartending was being someone reliable. Someone that seemed approachable and able to listen to problems without judgement or worry. La Pluma is no therapist- she cannot give good advice, and she sucks at dealing with problems... but she's a good listener.
Rhodes Island Operator
Fight for the betterment of the Infected, and follow the orders of the commander, the Doctor. Her skills in combat, and the fact that she is excellent at executing orders, are both well revered in her field. She appreciates that the Doctor, specifically, does not think there's something she can't handle.
Suppressions:
No Thoughts, Head Empty - La Pluma is repeatedly called "airheaded" and "a klutz" in canon. She doesn't deny this, but she gets frustrated when people think that it affects her work ethic. So, she is constantly trying to prove her worth to people, but with the sole intent of also not changing her carefree lifestyle. She is not a dependent or reliant person, unlike her jellyfish coworker, but she does prefer taking orders when she can. If she can do a job and show her use while also not having to think about things, it just works in her favor.
Family Means Everything - What "family" is to La Pluma is a little iffy, as La Pluma has been adopted, and therefore is very aware that family is not bound by blood. Found family tropes abound! But she cares a lot for her family, and especially her brother, even if their relationship is a bit... strained, currently. She doesn't want any harm to come on them. Now, if they did something bad and need to atone or something of that nature, she will not stand in the way unless the punishment is death. (For example, her adopted father was a terrorist, and was sentenced to prison. La Pluma was upset about this, but overall, did not interfere.) But if something ever threatens those she considers family, it can and will finally light a flame under her.
Product of Violence - La Pluma is not a violent person at all. In fact, she quite hates it. Nonetheless, she's been surrounded by it her whole life. Her biological father was a lieutenant in her home country's civil war, and then her adoptive father was part of the naval forces. She loves them both dearly, and wants nothing more than to make them proud, and in turn, this made her hone her skills to becoming a weapon for them. While she does nothing to try and fix this part of her (it's not in her nature to complain or do anything that takes too much effort), she does silently long to be "normal".
Greatest Fear: Losing her brother.
Greatest Desire: To live in a world where the fighting/killing stopped
Greatest Regret: Not being trusted enough with the "big jobs"
